Returns Policy

While we are sure you will love our product, however we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. We promise to exchange or refund any product you are unhappy with, if you return the product within 14 days, without any damage and in saleable condition.

Faulty Products on Arrival

If you find that your products are faulty on arrival, please notify us as soon as possible using our Online Form or via email and you will be entitled to a replacement or a refund.

Products Not As Ordered

If you receive products from us that differ from what you have ordered, then we strongly recommend that you notify us as soon as possible using our Online Form or via email.

Change of Mind

An exchange or a refund is only issued, If a product is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Your Rights

1. You have the right to cancel your order, without having to give a reason, any time within seven working days – starting on the day after you receive the products.

2. We will send you confirmation of your cancellation by email.

3. You will then have 14 days to return your order to us.

Refunds

Once we have received your return we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within ten working days.
